Our Team YUSUF A. ALATATISE: MD/CEO Alatise holds a B.Sc. 2nd Class Upper Degree in Business Management from University of Calabar and H.N.D in Banking & Finance from Kwara State Polytechnic. He joined ACEN Insurance in 2000 as an Account Officer; and left in 2007 as Head, Investment Department. He joined Summa Guaranty and Trust in 2007 as Head of Corporate Finance. He also had a stint with Dominion Trust Ltd as Head of Business Development & Asset Management (Western Region) before joining Groveg Ltd as Chief Operating Officer. He was confirmed as the MD/CEO of KC Finance & Investment Ltd in July 2009 by the Central Bank of Nigeria. He is an Associate of Chartered Institute of Bankers, Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and also holds certifications from the Institute of Credit Administration as well as the Institute of Corporate Governance & Management. Mr. Alatise has over 12 years cognate experience in Fund Management, Merger & Acquisition as well as Budget and Planning Functions. He is currently studying Islamic Banking and Finance at PGD level with Center for Islamic Banking and Economics, Pakistan. OLANIYI ABIMBOOLA M: HEAD BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT She holds B. A. 2nd Class lower Degree in Agriculture (major in Fisheries and Wildlife) from University of Agriculture, Abeokuta and a M.Sc. in Agric. Economics from University of Ibadan. She started her working career with ABDT Partnership as Marketing Executive between1998-2004. She joined National Bank of Nigeria Ltd in 2004 as Assistant Retail Analyst. Parts of her duties were; Customer Service Management, Business Development, Deposit mobilization etc. She resigned in 2005 and joined Value Line Securities as Branch Manager in charge of Finance and Administration. She is an Associate of Chartered Institute of Bankers and student member Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers. Abimbola has over 8year’s cognate experience in Marketing and Relationship Management as well as Investment Management and Administration. EDET AYI JUDE: HEAD, OPERATIONS He holds a B.Sc. 2nd Class Upper Degree in Computer Science from University of Nigeria Nsukka. He started his working career as a System/Training Manager with Kands Nigeria Ltd, for 4years, thereafter; he joined Capital Bank International Ltd as a System Operation and Development Officer where he worked for about 6 years. He later joined Access Bank PLC in 2005 as a Relationship Officer, a position he held for OBANIYI ADE JOSHUA: HEAD, FINANCE AND ACCOUNTS Obaniyi Ade Joshua holds a B.Sc. 2nd Class Lower Degree in Economics from Lagos State University. He worked as Audit / Control and Investigation officer with Geomel Investment and Consultancy Services for 5 years, before joining KC Finance & Investment Limited as an Accountant in February, 2010. He has 5years cognate experience in Accounting and Auditing. He is a student member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. GLORIA OKOYE: HEAD; TREASURY Gloria Okoye holds a Higher National Diploma (upper credit) in Secretarial Studies from Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic. She worked with Col-Val Insurance Brokers Limited; as a Marketing Executive, she started her banking carrier as Branch Secretary/ Admin. with Bank PHB Plc from 2005 - June 2009, she was later moved to the marketing department, as Retail Head in same year, she resigned in March, 2011, to join KC Finance & Investment Ltd as Head Business Development and later redeployed as Head Treasury. Gloria possesses over 6 year’s cognate experience in the banking operations, credit and marketing. INNOCENT EZENNIA UWADIEGWU: HEAD; CREDIT & RISK MGT. Innocent Ezennia Uwadiegwu holds a B.Sc. 2nd Class Lower Degree in Accountancy from Enugu State University of Science and Technology. He worked as an Investment Officer with Groveg Financial Services Limited, for 2 years, he resigned in 2009 to join KC Finance & Investment Limited as Investment Officer, before he rose to the Head; Credit and Risk Management. Mr. Innocent has more than 4 years cognate experience in credit management. He is a Proficient Member of Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered). JEREMIAH O.S. MARY CHIMAOBI: EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR James Iria is an acute business man with extensive investment in Real Estate. He is currently the chairman of Independent Bureau De Change. He is happily married with children.
