Venture Capital
This is a financing option whereby we finance new and up coming businesses that are at their early stage and intend to grow rapidly. The financing is done by way of Equity Contribution rather than in loan form that attracts competitive fixed or floating interest charges.

It is done in a mutual and agreed manner in form of joint ventures. It gives financial support opportunities to viable business ventures that are faced with the challenge of capital.

The financing structures are:

  EQUITY CAPITAL

We invest or provide funds on equity basis at an agreed equity structure of 30/70 or 40/60 and from the unset we shall be involved in the management and running of the company’s operations and also have a reserved sit on the board as a share holder. We shall bear risk and share profit /loss along with other shareholders.

  DEBT CAPITAL

We invest or provide funds in form of debt capital at a lower interest rate but with an agreement that such debt capital shall be converted to equity at a later date. Since the mode of financial support is in equity form, high and competitive interest charges is not applicable.
