YUSUF
A. ALATATISE
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Alatise has over 12 years cognate experience in fund management, M&A as
well as budget and planning functions. He holds a BSc in Business Management from
University of Calabar and HND in Banking and Finance from Kwara State
Polytechnic. He is also an Associate of Chartered Institute of Bankers and holds
certifications from the Institute of Credit Administration and
Institute of Corporate Governance & Management.
He joined ACEN Insurance in 2000 and worked in account, marketing, HR and
investment departments. He
was in charge of investments department for over three years designing different investment strategies. He resigned and joined
Summa Guaranty and Trust in 2007 as Head of Corporate Finance. He also had a
stint with Dominion Trust Limited as Head of Business Development & Asset
Management (Western Region) before joining KC Finance and Investment Limited
as chief operating officer. He was confirmed as the MD/CEO of KC
Finance & Investment Ltd in July 2009 by the Central Bank of Nigeria.
OLANIYI ABIMBOOLA M
HEAD BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Abimbola has over 8 years experience in Marketing, Relationship Management,
Investment Management and Administration. She started her working career
with ABDT Partnership as marketing executive from
1998-2004. She later joined National Bank of Nigeria in 2004 as
Assistant Retail Analyst in which parts of her duties were: Customer Service
Management, Business Development, Deposit mobilization etc. She resigned in
2005 and joined Value Line Securities as Branch Manager in charge of Finance
and Administration.
She holds BA degree in Agriculture from University of Agriculture Abeokuta
and M.Sc in Agriculture Economics from University of Ibadan. She is also an Associate of
Chartered Institute of Bankers.
EDET AYI JUDE
HEAD, CREDIT & RISK MANAGEMENT
He holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from
University of Nigeria Nsukka. He started his working career as a
System/Training Manager with Kands Nig.Ltd. for 4years, thereafter, he
joined Capital Bank International Ltd as a System Operation and
Development Officer where he worked for about 6years. He later joined
Access Bank PLC in 2005 as a Relationship Officer, a position he held for
2years, before joining Heritage Microfinance Bank as Operations Manager.
Mr. Edet possesses over 13 years cognate experience.
MERCY IKIMIN
HEAD, TREASURY DEPARTMENT
She holds an H.N.D; Lower Credit in Business Administration from Kwara
State Polytechnic. She worked with Flomax Office Ltd, as a Marketing
Officer for 3 years, before proceeding to Guardian Express Assurance Ltd,
as a Financial Planner. In June 2005, she joined KC Finance & Investment
Ltd as a Treasury Officer and rose to the position of Head; Treasury &
Fund Management in 2008. Mercy possesses over 6 years cognate experience
in Treasury Management.
NANDI ENYIA MICHEAL
Head Credit & Risk Management
Nandi has more than 6 years experience in Financial Advisory,
Project Financing, Fund and Asset Management. He holds a BSc in Economics
from University of Maiduguri. He started his working career with Custodian
and Allied Insurance Company in 2004 as Finance Officer; he resigned in
2005 and moved to Integrated Trust & Investment Ltd as officer in charge
of Investment Services and Asset Management before joining KC Finance and
Investment Limited in January 2008. He is an associate member
Nigeria Institute of Management and also a student member of Chartered
Institute of Stockbrokers.
SAKA IBRAHIM
HEAD, FINANCE AND ACCOUNTS
Saka worked as Audit
Supervisor with UBA for 2 years. He later joined Bencane International
Limited as Cost and Financial Accountant, a position he held for one year.
Thereafter, he joined Lekan Sanusi & Co. in 2006. He resigned same year
and joined Tutto Chicco Limited as an Accountant before joining KC Finance
& Investment Limited as an Accountant in 2009.
He holds an H.N.D in
Business Administration from Ibadan Polytechnic and has 6 years cognate
experience in Accountancy. He is a student of Institute of Chartered
Accountants of Nigeria.
MR. PETER ONYEBUCHI IBENEME
HR & ADMIN MANAGER
Peter has more than 4 years cognate experience in
Operations Management. He holds BSc in
Accountancy from University of Benin. He worked as Sales Manager in Petronic Ventures for 4 years, thereafter he
moved to Bees Company Limited as Operations Manager for 2 years before
joining KC Finance and Investment Limited as Admin Manager. He is currently a student of
Institute of Personnel Management, Chartered Institute of Administration
and Nigerian Institute of Management.
