CBN Licensed Finance House. It is one stop financial shop that can cater for
all your financial needs both business and personal. We have a list
of financial products and services that will suit your needs.
The company is positioned to propel and grow your wealth. “Wealth”
is a fundamental and confusing word with diverse meaning. It could
mean wealth in terms of business world, wealth in terms of Human
resources or wealth in terms of comfort. Which ever way, the Company
is ready to add value to your wealth be it in business world or your
personal life.
Our financial mechanism toil round the redistribution of fund from
the surplus area to the deficit area. We primarily assist client
with investable funds to invest in all forms of money and capital
market financial instruments and to complete the process of
wealth redistribution we also fund viable businesses and ideas. Most
entrepreneurs or business promoters might have good idea but because
they do not have track record due to their early stages they do face
funding option. It is such gap we intend to fill by providing
different forms of risk financing options that can propel and grow a
business.
The company “KC Finance & Investment Ltd’’ is duly registered with
the Corporate Affairs Commission. The company is a Private Limited
Liability Company, which was licensed by Central Bank of Nigeria to
carry out the business of Finance House. It was incorporated on the
17th day of January, 2005, with an initial fully paid-up shares
capital of 20,000,000 at =N= 1 per share.
The share capital was increased to =N= 50,000,000 in 2007 and
subsequently to =N= 100,000,000, in 2008. These increments were due
to the rapid increase in growth and expansion of the company's
operations. It was also due to the vision of the Board of Directors
who are striving to make the company a major player in the financial
industry with capacity to compete with her contemporaries without
any barrier.
The company also wishes to open its window to new institutional
investors in the nearest future, for comparative advantage. The
company will like to be known for specialized and customized
Financial Services and subsequently carve a niche for itself in the
industry.
